Community Safety Station Review Project

Emergency Management & Training Inc. (EMT) was the successful proponent of the RFP aiming to prepare a station review of all Community Safety Department facilities in Greater Sudbury. The feedback of our staff is important and necessary in helping EMT develop a report on this matter. The report and its findings will be shared with City Council at the October 22, 2019, meeting of the Finance and Adminstration Committee.

The goal of the project is to develop a long-term station renewal plan for consideration by Council. The options will consider station consolidations, renovations, and potential new builds as part of a longer-term sustainability project while supporting quality emergency services to the community we serve.

Your confidential responses will help to ensure focused action that continues to meet the diverse needs of our emergency responders and our community. The survey will be available until Friday, August 23, 2019.
