It would be a wonderful idea to think about changing the bridge of nations flags to all Ukrainian to show unequivocal support!

First of all I have no confidence that Sudbury will consider any thoughts or ideas that come from it's citizens but I will give it a try.
Transform those two steel beams protruding from shore in Bell Park. Deck them in add side railings and glass fronted railings at the end, add a park bench or two. Stairs from the walkway. People can sit on the bench(s) and view the scenery and watch the happenings on the lake. It would be the most popular bench in the whole park.

Rehabilitate St. Charles Lake Park
This beautiful park is located along a lake right in a neighbourhood. Unfortunately, this park is falling apart. The parking lot isn't cleaned in the winter, the pathway to the lake is sinking and covered with mud making it hard for people to get to the lake (especially with a wheelchair or stroller), the field is sinking and turning into a swamp and the gazebo is rotting away. The dock started to rot away so the city came and removed half of it in 2018 but never replaced it. This beautiful park is used by hundreds of people everyday in the summer and is deteriorating at a rapid pace.

In a subdivision at least one highway entrance should be cleared of snow even before the storm is over. Use a city truck with blade.

Transit, sidewalks and bike lanes on Brady St.
So many public events take place at the Steelworkers Hall and Lexington Hotel, yet without a car, it is difficult to access these locations. Brady Street between Lorne and Paris (that includes the underpass) needs sidewalks on both sides, bike lanes on both sides and a transit route that stops at both of these venues.
