Parks, open space, and leisure facilities are essential contributors to the Greater Sudbury’s quality of life. Each provides meaningful opportunities for social engagement and physical activity to residents and tourists, individuals and groups, young and old, and people of all abilities. The primary objective of the Parks, Open Space & Leisure Master Plan is to develop a strategy for the management and delivery of services at municipal parks and facilities.
