At the City of Greater Sudbury, we value our customers, both internally and externally and are committed to providing excellent customer service while serving customers in all aspects of our business.

In 2018, the City of Greater Sudbury began to assess the current state of customer service within the organization, to research best practices, and to develop recommendations in order to develop a strategy for the City to become a leader in customer service excellence.

The Customer Service Survey will allow us to evaluate the needs and expectations of our community, and help us develop and implement a strategy that will improve customer service.
