City Selects Construction Manager for Cultural Hub at Tom Davies Square

The City of Greater Sudbury is pleased to announce that PCL Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager of the Cultural Hub at Tom Davies Square.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) for the project was issued on Feb. 26, 2025, and the contract was awarded to PCL Construction following a thorough evaluation process.

Construction on the Cultural Hub is expected to begin in Fall 2025.
