Service Delay Notification: Property Search Information Requests

Please be advised that there may be a temporary delay in processing Property Search Information requests if information from a building permit is required during the period of September 29, 2025, to October 10, 2025.

Building Services is currently undergoing a digitization initiative to improve access to our records. As a result, there will be a delay of approximately three business days in retrieving and processing requested information while files are being transitioned.
