Imagine Junction East

Consultation has concluded

The Project

Junction East will be an approximately 104,000 square foot building in Greater Sudbury’s historic downtown, expected to open in 2025. It is a collaborative effort among the City of Greater Sudbury, the Greater Sudbury Public Library, Art Gallery of Sudbury, Sudbury Theatre Centre and the Sudbury Multicultural and Folk Arts Association.

May 2022 Update

On May 3, the project team provided City Council with a comprehensive update on the Junction East Project.

The project team will return to City Council in late June for several key decision points including approval of the design, financing and operational plans and governance.
