Fifteen municipal playgrounds will be renewed this year through a partnership of the City of Greater Sudbury and the United Way Centraide North East Ontario / Nord-est l’Ontario.

Greater Sudbury Council approved a phased renewal of 58 municipal playgrounds identified as being in poor condition as part of the 2018 municipal budget process. View the complete list of municipal playgrounds scheduled for renewal.

To date, a total of 27 municipal playgrounds have either undergone or are scheduled to receive new play structures, landscaping and other enhancements.
