We live and work in N'Swakamok / Sudbury in Robinson-Huron Treaty territory and on the traditional lands of Atikameksheng Anishnawbek and Wahnapitae First Nation.
What would our community in Ward 8 be like if you had the power to make it any way you wanted? What do we want to see in place 5-10 years from now? What's great about our Ward 8 neighbourhoods? What more would you like to see in Ward 8? What would make our community sustainable, equitable and secure?
In partnership with the City of Greater Sudbury and Councillor Al Sizer, the Ward 8 CAN is planning on holding multiple opportunities for you to provide what you want to see in Ward 8. Your feedback will help us to focus on strategic areas and actions in the years to come.
There will be a number of in-person sessions in several neighbourhoods in Ward 8 over the coming year, plus opportunities on social media and here on OTY. In December, we'll put together all of the feedback that we receive to help guide our 2024 projects and activities so we can compile objectives and goals that we can work on with you and our community partners.
Check out the ways to give us input below. Fill in the online survey, put something on the map, or just give us an idea!
