No more funding of election events

Please don't allow what has continued to happen with Grandparent's Day in Ward 11 for four years - happen again. It's not about grandparents when it is an election year for 2 of them and the councillor is requesting the money himself to fund his campaign event with his election team organizers and jackets!!! CAN funds and HCI funds - all requested by him and for him.

Chelmsford CAN has been neglected for many years.

Why is there no CAN in Chelmsford ?
