  • I notice that the Library is not in the org chart anymore (not sure how long it has been gone). How does it, and it's employees, fit in to our organization? Is there another org chart that includes the "arms length" parts of the organization?

    Greater Sudbury Public Library is a Service Partner to the City, along with Police, Airport, Public Health and Conservation Sudbury.  This has not changed. 

  • Will the new org chart be posted on Citilnks? I'm not sure how to navigate to the internal 'over to you' page after I delete the email with the link.

    The new Org Chart can be found on CityLinks, under the "Documents and Files" section in the References" tab. There is also a link to this internal Over to You page, through the slider on the homepage of CityLinks. 

  • Sustainability was initially part of planning and growth. What was the rationale for shifting it out of this portfolio?

    Sustainability work is still part of the Planning and Growth portfolio and is still a City strategic priority for all departments. We have shortened the GM and department titles from what was proposed in the earlier reorganization, just for simplicity and ease of use.
