The City of Greater Sudbury is taking part in the Smart Cities Challenge, issued by the Government of Canada. The challenge encourages cities to adopt approaches to improving the lives of residents through innovation, data and connected technology.

The Smart Cities Challenge is calling on communities of our size to submit their big ideas, for a chance to win up to $10 million. The Challenge will be awarded to cities that can demonstrate innovative ways to use data and connected technology to address local issues.

Has the time frame for adding ideas expired? The page shows a box for "Add Idea", but nothing happens when I try to select it.

Yes, it's still open. We're accepting ideas until this Friday. Are you signed in? You need to be signed in or registered in order to submit ideas. Message back if doesn't work and we'll contact the provider tech support to troubleshoot. Thanks!
**Update: we've been in touch with tech to look into this problem. They are working on it. Thanks so much for letting us know! We'll post when the problem has been resolved.**
Hello, After several attempts to read/review posted ideas or to open the "view all ideas" tab, requested pages fail to load and open. Please advise. Thank you.
