  • Leverage corporate training administration tool to track and deliver reports on employee training

The other deliverable of the Innovation Pillar, which will commence in early 2023 is a dynamic reporting tool for training compliance and capacity.

Supervisors will have a self-serve option to understand where their staff is on training initiatives, the Level of engagement that their employees have. As a part of our other pillars we are looking to expand opportunities for our employees to voluntarily engage in self-paced learning opportunities.
